Hi folks,

I just purchased this module and like what I see so far.

However I need to be able to use user parameters against a MySql database and am not having much luck, in fact no luck at all.

I can access the MySql database but as soon as I try a user param I don't get any results

Anyone have any ideas.

Why have I had no reply from this company about my problems. I have posted this message, I have sent a support request via this site, have sent a report request via Snowcovered and escalated it.

I will have to abandon this module.
