I'm not sure why only the Host can change data source settings.  I want certain users who develop for me to be able to work on these charts but don't want them to have host rights.  I have set up a "developer" role and would normally give edit rights to that role.  Would this be possible?

Hi! Thanks for your question!
At today it's only possible to enable "Admin" users to edit the module settings. Due security reasons you can enable them through web.config, using an ApplicationSettings named "EnableReportGridAdmin". Just create a key with this name and value "true".
I'm looking for the possibility to extend the concept to groups and users but It will out only with version 2.0 of the modules.
